After discussionsഀ
with our friends it was felt that to encourage more participation with familyഀ
the cost per head can be subsidised. Now the participation fee will be Rs6000ഀ
for our friends and Rs5000 for spouse and children ofcourse you are welcome toഀ
pay more. Since we have subsidised, their will be a shortage of funds and thisഀ
we are planning to overcome from friends who want to donate liberally.Thrഀ
tentative itenary is the same, fine tuning can be done in the coming days.Theഀ

Sorry there is a mistake inഀ
calculation it is approximately Rs10000/head and not Rs15000 for two nights andഀ
three days.The exact cost can be calculated after finalising theഀ
evaents,momentos etc.
