hundres of times it can take for a change in culture so that
ultimately nobody sees or takes care of such a thing that took place a
decade or so as it breaks-even the effect of the change itself going
to brain-drain and across the nature there is no more of total silence

it may be dradful to watch any situation that do not forecast its
